3. There are many people who have access to and use SMT. All of these people are under a
contract stating they are not allowed to tell anyone about SMT. Some of these people are lawyers,
judges, police officers, big business men, people employed in the television and movie industry
including news casters, members of the press, congressman, government officials, and more. Now,
here in America most government officials and employees like the police are all under oath to serve
the American people honorable. Which means if you ask them a direct question and they lie, they
have committed perjury. Call these people and ask them about SMT or if you have a friend in one of
these categories ask them. If you have a lawyer, ask him or her under the client/lawyer confidential
clause.
4. If stealth monitoring technology is used to commit the crime, than stealth monitoring
technology is the most powerful, essential, and necessary piece of evidence in a court of law. The
court systems are generally ran like television shows, "the family way". Which means the judge, the
prosecutor, the attorneys, and the rest of the people involved all play their characters the family way
and do what they are told as it is monitored with SMT. Also, if it doesn't go the family way, the
opposition may be using SMT to know which way you are going with your case. Similar to Nixon in
the Watergate incident, but alot more sophisticated.
5. If anyone comes out of the walls and tries to take you in the family way and get you to lie
for them or do something to someone because they want you to. Please don't do it. Don't help them to
hurt your neighbors. Besides, if you have to lie, they haven't done anything wrong in the first place.
Also, if they are teaching you what to say and how to say it like an actor or actress, you know it is
remote controlled.
Now, what prompted me to write this is that for two years I've been trying to acquire justice
for crimes committed against me by the Seattle police and the people whom remote control reality
and society with stealth monitoring technology. I have written letters all over the place and I am still
in business for myself. Recently I have been harassed by the Seattle police department in a life
threatening way. Police officers have driven by me and harassed me as such. On May 22, 1997
Officer Kinzey of the Seattle police department stop to get out of his car and personally harass me in
a life threatening and intimidating way, while I was panhandling. They are doing it like I'm

not allowed to panhandle to survive. I went downtown to file a report on this, but I was denied. I
spoke to officer Marc Olson of the internal investigation section and he went the family way just like
I knew he would. I went to at least four other offices to try and get something done, but my efforts
were almost fruitless. No one in any of these offices ever heard of official or standard legal
paperwork. I was lied to, prevented from using the law properly for my own security, and they all
phoned the next guy to let them know I was on the way and to go the family way. This is not the first
time this has happened to me, I have a whole list of incidence while trying to use the law properly.
That is why I'm writing it to you.
I'm still in business trying to make money for myself so I can get off the street and pursue this
properly to prevent this from happening to anyone else and to acquire justice for myself. I have a mail
order business, which means I sell products through the mail. I've marketed my products for about
two years now. I haven't received any orders yet. I'm absolutely positive that my mail is being stolen
at the post office the family way. This is another police report I was denied to file. The fact that my
mail is being stolen at the post office the family way can be proven in less than an hour using the

taking place until the pressure goes up. If the police are in on it and they are the only investigators,
