picture, using natural human energy. This can be done on what I call real time,
which means the person viewing someone on the monitor is looking directly at the
person being monitored at the same (current, concurrent) time, or it can be done
in a video recording. If a connection of natural energy between the person doing
the monitoring and the person being monitored happens in the recording, the
person being monitored is feeling the connection out of time. Also, the person
being monitored is subjected to this connection against their own free will and
with no way to prevent it from happening.
With audio alone, it is possible to connect with someone using natural
energy. Everybody has connected with someone over the phone before. Might I be
so bold as to say that, that is what the phone sex industry is all about. With stealth
audio equipment, the person doing the monitoring can connect with the person
being monitored without the person being monitored having anyway to prevent the
person who is doing the monitoring from doing so. The person being monitored
would be able to sense this connection of natural energy, but would have a very
hard time trying to connect back with the person doing the monitoring. Especially
if the person doing the monitoring has training or knows how to be that quiet and
disacknowledges his or her presents on the other side of the eavesdrop equipment.
Also, the person being monitored would not know who is doing the monitoring.
Audio and video together are a part of the telecommunications aspects of
SMARiTT, but eeewaves are the most powerful part of SMARiTT. Eeewaves are used
to monitor what goes on in the inside of a person. They can also be used to
connect with a person, from the inside. All three of these things together are what
is used to monitor and remote control reality and society, 24 hours a day, 7 days a
week, 365 days a year. Plus, everything is recorded and stored in some of the most
sophisticated computers in the world.
This capacity of eeewave technology is little known by most people. It is not
sold on the commercial market. It is held under high level government security
and has never really been released to the press to this capacity. The only people
who have access to this type of equipment are management and the people they
brought in or let in the family way.

and maintain SMARiTT and the electrical power that keeps it on. SMARiTT does not
get tired. It is maintained around the clock and they have many back up systems
just in case. These people also get paid with taxpayer's dollars and are serving
