          So, about August of 1996 I wrote a four page letter about the incident and I
sent it out to many places. I sent it to about twenty presses, including the six major
presses in downtown Seattle. They are; The Seattle Times, the P-I and the four
major television news channels (4,5,7,11). I sent it to about twenty government
officials, including President Clinton, four or five of his cabinet members, including
Janet Reno, the head of the justice department, and several congressmen for the
State of Washington. I also sent it to about twenty businesses just to see if I could
get a reply. I didn't get any replies from any of the businesses or from the press. I did
get a few from a few of the government officials, but nothing really substantial. When
it comes to our government officials, I didn't really get replies from the officials who
are obligated to do so and the replies I did get were practically nothing. A couple of
them were even written the family way. Especially the one I got from Governor Mike
Lowry, who was governor at the time.
          In September of 1996 I wrote a new product. I started marketing it in
September, but I didn't get any orders. It was apparent to me from the beginning that
they were stealing my mail, the family way, directly from the post office. Only
management could do this secured with SMARiTT.
          In December of 1996 I wrote a flyer to sell my products and to try and get
some help, mostly financial, so I could get the ball rolling. I handed this flyer out from
December 1996 to September 1997. I upgraded it five times. It said right in the flyer
that my mail was being stolen at the post office, the family way. I have been around
for a long time and I know there are alot of good people who care and that they
probably sent me some orders or some help. I didn't receive any orders or anything.
It also said in my flyer that if they didn't get their products or a reply from me in ten
days, that they should call the police or the press and tell them. I am also sure alot of
them did that, however the police and the press still refused to do anything about it,
still confident in their criminal activity secured with SMARiTT.
          Well , I have been looking for an excuse or a reason, for a long time, to bring
out the reality of SMARiTT. Their security to maintain the secrecy of SMARiTT is so
high, that to just say it existed, wouldn't have worked. Using SMARiTT to maintain
the security of SMARiTT gives them quite an advantage. I needed something
substantial to shove it down their throat's. They finally gave it to me. The number
one main purpose of this report is to do just that. Also, this report is another one of
my mail order products. I have several other products for sale and if you would like,

can send a letter to the address on the front cover, asking for one. They won't be
able to steal my mail forever.
