Hi, my name is Frederick C. Morton and I started a home-based mail order
business in about April of 1995. This is also about when I started to become a writer.
At this time I was living in housing for the homeless. It took me about a month and a
half to write my first product. I started to market it in about May of 1995. I put out
about two-hundred and fifty flyers to sell it and I didn't receive any orders.
I officially registered and established my business on May 24th 1995. I had
been to the department of revenue prior to this to get my business license, but it was
twenty dollars and I couldn't afford it at that time. I asked the lady if I could start my
business anyway and she said yes, but I would have to get my business license in a
reasonable time afterward. The name of my company is "Imminent Diverse
Businesses". After I registered my company I started to market my product even
more extensively. I put out over two thousand flyers to sell it, but I still didn't receive
any orders.
Then I started having little problems with the other residents of the housing
project. Nothing really serious or legal, however they decided they wanted me
evicted. There was no way they could evict me legally, but this is what happened.
I received several falsified and fraudulent legal documents from the Seattle
police department. I checked the legality of them myself. This went on for about a
month. Then on June 19, 1995 the Seattle police department showed up at my
home to falsely arrest me. I was arrested for tape-recording the officer while he was
trying to coerce and intimidate me into leaving my home illegally. Then they held me
in jail illegally for thirty hours while they broke into my home and stole all of my
personal belongings including my business and most of my important personal legal
paperwork. All I had left was what I was wearing and some property I had stored in a
locker downtown. They even got my first product before I had a chance to copyright
it.
After that I spent about a month and a half trying to use our legal system
properly to obtain justice for this. I called over two-hundred phone numbers. I went to
see a lawyer at the free legal clinic and he told me that I had a case, but he didn't
have time to take it. I called the lawyer referral office. These are the people who
have to give you a lawyer when you don't have any money. They gave me the name
of a lawyer and I called him. He also told me he didn't have time to take this case,
but he gave me the phone number of another lawyer, a friend of his. I called him and
he said it wasn't worth taking. He also lied to me over the phone about how the law
works. I was completely locked out and denied access to using the law properly, by
the people remote controlling reality and society with SMARiTT and the family way.
After this, I considered writing my product again, but decided against it. The
reason I didn't rewrite that product is because it would have come out like the first
one and I figured they would probably sue me for copying someone else's work.
They did get it before I had a chance to copyright it. With SMARiTT and their
imposed family way, their chances of getting away with something like that is pretty
good.
