Basically the demeanor of the people in charge of SMARiTT is to keep
everyone out and prevent people from knowing about it. But, if they can't keep
them out, they have to take them in with a contract and the family way. People
who make alot of money or hold jobs in important positions, often have to be
taken in with a contract, because it is hard to prevent them from finding out
anyway. If you have enough money, you can purchase this kind of technology from
a security specialist company or from your local spy tech shop. It doesn't take long
to put two and two together, to figure out that, that's how they kept you out and

or working on. Like I said, basically they use it to keep you out first, but if you are
going to make it anyway, then they have to take you in the family way and get you
to sign a contract that doesn't officially exist, about something they don't want
anyone to know about, so they can continue to use it for whatever they want, and
to prevent people from making it, all at taxpayer's expense.
Now, if you are not under a SMARiTT contract and you have a friend or know
someone in a position like the ones listed here or similar, ask them about it. If they
