They are like the sole proprietors of it, all financed with taxpayer's dollars, and
held under very tight government security, as determined by themselves.
Management are also the people with the highest level of access to SMARiTT and
the number one users. They can pretty much use SMARiTT for whatever they want,
since it doesn't officially exist yet anyway, as determined by themselves.
There are two other points I would like to make about management. One is
that they are all just ordinary people like everyone else, but they have been
around a long time in a government capacity. Two is that they are some of the
richest people in the country, monetarily. Individually they have extremely large
personal bank accounts in the billions, trillions, or more.
The Federal Funding and Financing of SMARiTT.
SMARiTT is one-hundred percent financed with taxpayer's dollars. It is
permanently installed, managed, and maintained with taxpayer's dollars. It is also
researched, developed, upgraded, and innovated with taxpayer's dollars. It does
belong to the American people for national security and for the security of
ourselves and our families.
Here in America there is no taxation without representation. This means no
one can impose taxes upon the American people without our consent/vote and
without telling us where it is going and what it is being spent on. Everything and
anything that taxpayer's dollars are being spent on belongs to the people for our
security, the security of our families, and the quality of our lives.
But, here in America, management is mostly in charge of the federal budget
and taxation. Even though they have to report to us about where our money goes,
they don't. They use labels and what they call general funds to substantiate where
our money goes. A few of the labels or general funds tax dollars go under are
defense, science and technology, social security, education, intelligence, law
enforcement, and so on, and so on. Even the general fund labels have general fund
labels. This makes it almost impossible to find out where the money goes. They
can even say it is classified and you are not allowed to know.
By using SMARiTT to manage the people and to keep everyone out, they can
pretty much do anything they want with our money and they don't have to keep
their books in order or report it to the American people. Here in America there are
multi-billion dollar companies who not only can keep track of their finances, but
they have to or the IRS would be crawling all over them. The federal government
as a company has a higher income and more employees than everyone else and is
perfectly capable of keeping the books in order. Accounting for the money is the
simple task of book keeping. However, the books are not keep properly and no one
really has access to them. The IRS is a government agency, under the control of
management, and they are used to monitor and keep track of the finances and
accounts of every single American business and of all the American people
individually for taxation purposes. There are no firms or agencies to keep track of
or monitor the federal budget. That's income or expenses. Occasionally they do
put a little bit of it out in the press
