insure and secure the security of this report and my business. Since
about April of 1995 my mail has been stolen at the post office "the
family way". I was falsely arrested and all of my personal property
stolen by the Seattle police department. These events were planned
and secured with the use of SMARiTT and "the family way". I will obtain
justice for this, for myself and to insure and secure that it doesn't
happen again to me or anyone else. I'm an honest man and I don't
mean to offend anyone, but I just wanted to make sure that it was
understood. It would be their next step in a string of events designed
to keep me down and prevent me from achieving my goals and having
