going along with the family way, sometimes you know it is wrong and that they do
it, but you have to go along with it like it is right and they have a good reason. If
you don't go along with the family way or if it goes against what they want or
against them personally, they will automatically keep you out and give you the
routine. The routine is to give you the run around, make it take longer then it has
to, and a whole lot more. If you are asking a question about something you need to
know about or are entitled to know, the first automatic psychological response is
"Why do you want to know that". The reason they ask you this is to interrupt your
energy and progress and to put the question back to you. They also have this thing
about you have to be nice and do it right. So, when they ask you, "why do you
want to know that", if you don't tell them, they can do you like you are not doing
it right. If you do tell them, they can decide whether or not they want to tell you.
If they think it is okay for you to know, they may tell you like a friend, taking you
in the family way. If they decide it is not okay for them to tell you, they may put
you off, send you to another office, give you the run around, or use their energy to
communicate to you that they don't have to help you. They may also use their
energy to antagonize or provoke you into becoming pissed off so they can say you
didn't do it right. If they send you to another office, they will usually call ahead to
let them know you are coming. In this way, they can premeditate their characters
just like an actor or an actress and play you anyway they want using their energy
and the family way, with or without lies. Using SMARiTT to monitor, control, and
time things like that, gives them an edge that is almost impossible to beat.
Combine that with the fact that they can play you like you are dishonest or not
doing it right and they are honest and doing it right because they have an
important job and no one would believe you anyway, gives them alot of confidence
and audacity. Besides that, they are the ones in charge of "the system" anyway and
nothing will get done unless they do it. These people are also in charge of who
gets in, who gets what, who is not allowed in, and so on, and so on.
Using SMARiTT to monitor people and their thoughts makes it possible for
them to play you anyway they want and premeditate their characters before you
ever even get there.
Most government employees know the family way and have to go along with
it whether they want to or not. Especially if they want to keep their jobs. Not all
government employees necessarily want to go along with it, but it is dictated by
management and they are in charge of promotions. I want to make it clear that
there are still some good people around and I have gotten a little help from them,
but on the whole, it is almost impossible to get anywhere or anything done when
management is remote controlling your progress with SMARiTT and psychology
taught to government employees the family way.
