science. Chances are it has already been studied as a science and it has a name. If
it doesn't already have a name, you could give it one. If you discovered or
developed anything new in that field, you would be a scientist.
          Back in the earlier part of this century, electricity and inventions were
thought to be power. Knowledge was also thought to be power. After all,
electricity and inventions came from knowledge in the first place. When mass
production started to generate mass tax revenue for the government, the
government, i.e., the people in high level government positions who had power
and influence over the federal budget and taxation, had alot of extra money to
spend on whatever they wanted. They did then and still do now, spend as much as
they want on science and technology for national security, defense, or whatever.
They have been doing this for over a century. Even though it is taxpayer's dollars
and it belongs to the American people for our security and the security of our
families, the people are keep out. The only people who have access to all of this
knowledge are management and the people they let in the family way.
          "Science and technology" is one of the major labels in the USA in which large
amounts of taxpayer's dollars are spent. Management, as an organization or group
of people, have already had everything and anything you could think of
researched, developed, and studied as a science. This is done by contracting
people and companies to do it for them. Today, trillions of dollars are given away
to multi-billion dollar companies and other people for the research and
development of everything. All of this knowledge is centrally controlled,
maintained, and managed by management. They are the only people with security
clearances high enough to access this information and they are also the people
who classify it to determine what the people are allowed to know, what the
people are not allowed to know, who is allowed to know, who is not allowed to
know, and to what degree they are allowed to know too.
          Using SMARiTT to study, research, develop, and redevelop sciences is a very
powerful tool. Using SMARiTT to monitor the people working on this stuff is also a
very powerful tool. Using SMARiTT to steal other peoples thoughts, ideas, and
inventions is a very powerful way to acquire more and since SMARiTT doesn't
officially exist yet, you can't say or prove they did it.
