Opening
Since August of 1996 I've written and sent many letters to the press,
government officials, and other people, pertaining to SMARiTT. I've referred to it
and called it several other things, such as; Stealth Monitoring Technology (SMT),
Stealth Monitoring (audio & video) Inner Telecommunications Technology, Stealth
Monitoring and Broadcast Technology, or even Stealth Technology (ST) for short.
While I was writing this report I came up with a few other names to call it. One of
them was SMATT which means Stealth Monitoring and Telecommunications
Technology. I settled on SMARTT which means, Stealth Monitoring and Recording
Telecommunications Technology. I'm calling it this because I wanted the name to
be as specific as possible and still be simple. I also wanted the name to be as
accurate as possible to label what it is, what it does, and what it is used for. Since
it didn't officially have a name, I gave it one. Irregardless of what you call it, it's
still the same thing.
SMARiTT is a national and international monitoring system and it has been
permanently installed nationally and internationally for several scores. It's
financed with taxpayer's dollars and it goes under the label of national security
equipment. It consists of high tech electronic monitoring equipment, used to
monitor everything. It's continually upgraded at taxpayer's expense. The scientists
and people who work on it or with it are all under high level government
contracts. SMARiTT is used by large companies, small companies, government
agencies, the military, the local, state, and federal police, the intelligence
communities, and many other people. There are many government agencies set up
to monitor everything. They monitor everything from the weather, to people, to
even monitoring for extra terrestrial activity. This report is mainly about the
SMARiTT system that is set up as a national security system and is used to monitor
and remote control society, reality, and humanity. It's a system of microcameras,
microphones, satellites, eeewaves, computers, and a whole lot more. It's used to
monitor the entire American population. It is strategically placed and installed
outside, inside everyone's home, in all buildings, cars, buses, vehicles, airplanes,
and a whole lot more. It is used to monitor every single person's life and existence,
consistently, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. It not only constantly
monitors everyone, but it also constantly records everything. SMARiTT is operated,
managed, maintained, controlled and remote controlled by people in a
government capacity or similar, the family/company way, with the most
sophisticated computers in the world. These computers are programmed to be
user friendly at taxpayer's expense. Computers not only manage and control the
equipment, but mostly everything is recorded and stored in computer microchips.
The sophistication and innovation of technology enables people to monitor and
watch other people in a stealth fashion. This means everybody is monitored, 24
hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, no matter where they are at, but the
people being monitored can't see the equipment being used to do so, nor are they
allowed to know it exists or that it is really being used that way. This book/report
